Finding halal hotels and restaurants in Bali is probably quite difficult. However, you can find some hotels with halal certification on this island.

Bali is the center of tourism in Indonesia. Some argue that this Island of Gods is even more popular than Indonesia itself. However, Bali is not necessarily friendly for Muslim travelers. There are very few establishments with halal certification. Bali does need more hotels with halal certification from MUI (Indonesia Ulema Council).

Some Muslim travelers require certainty that the foods they eat are halal. Even though Indonesia work hard to develop its halal tourism, Bali is a different beast.
